It could almost be fraud. I would assume someone from the government would be checking this out asap.
Obviously he has been 'working' on his concerted attack on VMS so one would wonder why he couldn't get a REAL job that helps the community instead of hindering it.
Hopefully the truth will all come out and if there is an issue, we can all hope the LAW will be on our side for a change and bring some justice.
