Micky, i do agree with some of your concerns, but we just need to give the company a further period of time, i do fully agree with you getting some answers to a few of your questions, have you made contact with the Australia office to attempt to discuss some of your concerns, i am sure that you shall get some answers to the questions you currently have, i would suggest a pleasent phone call not an email, imo.
The company will move forward imo.. please contact to resolve you current problems, let me know what feed back you get from the company, i would like to know the response...
