From experience if you say "The stock is quite illiquid, so savvy buyers will exhibit patience - there have been sellers at 70c for quite some time." You don't get a shareprice bounce.
We can just wait until the final dividend is declared. Once Morningstar etc. have the dividend yield on record my guess is the share price will push up solidly as it will come up on dividend scans etc.
