I went back over in a bit more depth today and am reasonably happy with them. They have a pretty steady history of increasing revenues and looked like the kind of micro-cap situation that has given me some good gains in the past.
Suspect they are itching to head off on the acquisition/expansion trail again - probably with an eye on WA. Just need cashflow to line up for them so that they don't get tempted to go the scrip route.
Did I figure right that there are still another 240k convertible notes to watch out for too that could re-establish an overhang if they convert?
