3 possibilities to me, in declining likelihood:
1. Like you say: WA expnsion takeover
2. Alcoa USA take up of technology being used by Alcoa Aus.
3. Takeover of LBL
I don't see their takeover of Hardwear....they don't need to buy the technology...they purchase standard machines and add their laser tech to it is how I see their modus operandi. SO no need to pay a premium for technology they already understand.
Having said that..congrats on digging up info on their competitors..I must reseacrch more thoroughly myself before jumping in.
