I've put in for the minimum amount in the public offer. Bugger all chance of getting them I'd say. But if I don't, money comes back and nothing lost. Pretty sure this will be a good float. From the prospectus - a little bit interesting:
"Microequities is not Listing for capital raising purposes. The Offer is to facilitate the ASX Free Float and shareholder spread requirements for Listing. The proceeds of the Offer (other than proceeds from the issue of one Share by Microequities) will go to the Selling Shareholders for the sale of their Shares."
So to list - they have to offer some percentage to the public and/or unit holders I guess. Then they can get a nice ASX market valuation. After that, who knows, the main owners can sell more of their shares (not necessarily on the market) should they choose to.
