Microequities didn't have to sell yesterday, they already have 11+ million shares to sell
if they had wanted to after the acquisition announcement.
Of the remaining 6 million shares, probably around 1+ million shares were sold past couple of days.
Nothing unusual and looks like the aggressive selling is finished.

BPF this current year will have revenues of $40++ million. Just 1x its market cap.
Fundies wanting shares in size will have to pay up.
