Why do you see this as a problem?

I see it as a major positive!

He is extremely bright,a Charted Accountant and has been in the exploration business for the past 25 years.

It would appear that he has his life savings in the business.

The way I see it, his interest in the business gives him a major incentive to succeed, it shows his commitment to the venture.

Likewise his fellow directors,like Ron O Regan. He has a big interest and being a director of one of London's top firms of stockbrokers, he is putting his money where his mouth is by also investing his ISA in MTB.

In the UK you get a small allowance which you can invest free of any capital gains tax.You target your growth assets and put them into ISA's, I have noticed that he is investing his ISA allowance into MTB.This to me is a sign of his view on the share price.

I am a shareholder and have a target in excess of $ 1 on this stock. It was $ 1.65 a number of years ago and I believe the fundamentals are better now.
