It's excellent Norwood fluff, they've been pulling the wool over the eyes of simps for years now. What I would challenge you to do is pluck a few of these 'innovations' from the technobabble and think about them. Ask yourself questions like, is this offered natively for free on my device, would I actually pay to use this, is call recording legal/supported in my country?

You'll find things like AI assistants to answer calls and ask the caller what they want, automatic live translation and fraud protection already available on your device and things like call transcriptions and summaries extremely niche (who needs 'hyperscaling' of something maybe 1 in a million phone calls would desire?)

Other considerations are when device companies include native features but actively switch them off for your country. Call recording in Australia as an example. Samsung and Google have native options to record calls, provide transcripts and call summaries but these are not available on Australian devices for legal reasons. Does Norwood have a pathway around these laws? Why would Australian telcos opt in to a service like this if they can't utilise it?
