This past year the selling down from AW & LM the 2 founding directors have not been helpful SP wise.
These guys have their wealth tied up in their shareholdings. Divorce settlements and Sydney property prices are WHAT??? Fair enough, but a 1 cent dividend costing $1.6m should not be an issue for BPF and IMO a better alternative to selling down their shares (for us anyway). At current SP this is a yield of about 4% - helpful - and importantly sends a positive message to small-cap institutional investors.

There is a lot to like about BPF - think about the industry growth, a cohesive team of key personnel going back 10-15 years and they are major shareholders, leading expertise with AWS cloud, private cloud, and now Azure. Recent events in the market and movements in yields/bonds - I think it pays to back the right people in the right business for the longer term. I am not a trader. Gasbag
