a question regarding the patents maybe you'll be able to answer?
I noticed that all the Brainchip/Akida patents are owned by PVDM? Shouldn't they be in the ownership of the company?
I say this because I have my own patent on a mobile phone app and we were advised to put these in the companies name. I can't remember the reasoning behind that however.
Another side thought is that if these patents are not in Brainchips name when the patent has been approved it wouldn't require an announcement on the asx.
Maybe my interpretation of things is wrong?
