I posted this earlier regarding the very point you are making:”The developer kits appear to be aimed at those producing prototype designs to hook into Azure. It would be something to write home about if one of the device manufacturers they are working with to provide certification was Brainchip. Would make sense given your observation and how this author thinks Percept is going to work.
