Can't argue with these points, but every country has IT failures and most of it relates to expectation setting and project management. The amount spent is normally relevant. I think it is often the decision making of the government administration which provide advice to the governments. To those in the industry the NBN isn't a big issue as the coverage in major cities is very good. It is only really a political issue.
