I'm thinking aloud here about Citi's forecast for ASR.

I still dont get there.

Citi say $9m for Wizdom. That's easy. Wizdom had $8m of ARR at December. They have to reach $16m of ARR by January 2020 for their performance pay out, which means an average of growing by $600,000 per month.....so in 6 months to June , I think we can be pretty confident that Wizdom will have added more than $1m to ARR. It is pretty obvious to me that Citi is too low on Wizdom. Even allowing that March Q is a very low sales month in SAAS, Wizdom should be at least $10m and probably more.

Citi say $2m for Hyperfish. Again, that is a low hurdle.

The piece I am struggling with is that the balance $31 m they have for LVT design and Bots. That seems an awfully high number .

Am I missing something?

Ah well, wait for the announcement. We can look more closely then.
