your share go down in value

interest payments to make

margin calls

little prospect of getting the original investment back in the next three years


what was so easy to get into has suddenly become a massive achor around that persons neck

But I reckon gearing into the share market is minimal.

where there is lot more gearing I'd say would be in property

a lot of people were putting down less than 10% of their equity into investment properties

does anybody know about this?
