I think LVT was troubled with litigation which caused uncertainty. If the litigation was not settled the company could be broken down into parts. And then shorters came and kept the SP down and down. However, the management is good and wise enough to have the litigation settled. now the SP is taking off from the ground due to the company's good performance. that is only my view and not intend to give advice. good luck to all holder except for those shorters.
