The takeover approaches are real and whilst nothing formal (ie written NBO) the conversations are happening. Only thing is Karl isn’t an idiot, has a truck load of stock personally and has built a business that generates $60m ARR with a market cap of less than 4x that. If it happens he won’t endorse anything to the board for less than 40c, with upside of up to 65c.
