    Probably why he isn't interested in even entertaining 40 cents as he potentially has no intentions on even accepting 40 cents today. And why would you even try? If you foresee a strategy to build the company into a billion dollar company but PEs don't, why even try to convince them. Hold the company and keep growing it quarter by quarter.
