5hareholder, the smaller the cap the less that RSI, MACD, stochastics, and momentum mean.
i wouldn't call them bearish anyway. the RSI is above 50 and pointing up, which is bullish. the stochastic has just crossed back up, and one more up day and the MACD will have crossed back up as well.
for a small cap like this one, you should be looking more at trendlines, and fibonacci retracements, like others have talked about here.
