The money should all go to a fund overseen by a body setup and controlled by the Government.

The Governor Genreal should be patron.....in fact why not all the 4 "pillar banks" collect the money of the Governments behalf as their way of making a donation.

To give like people have done to charities is great and very giving but is riddled with risks.



The 9/11 fund in the US is a prime example of greed by so called Charities.
