It will take 3 months after everthing is completed with the NP for the Crown to issue the Licence. I would doubt that funding will be before the updated project study . Below is from the Dec 2011 Quarterly Report:

. Agreement on conditions and legal agreements substantially complete

· Subject to completion, Decision Notice to be issued in mid February

· Crown Lease to be issued in mid May

· Update of project study underway by AMC Consultants
