That does not seem to be enough of a premium on the current share price to be a serious bid to takeover the whole company. I would expect a 50% premium on the current share price in normal circumstances but Image is on the cusp of being a mid level mineral sands miner, not some tinass explorer who got lucky on a small strike. These circumstances demand a minimum 100% premium for what is going through the mill at the moment and for the future potential.
That does not seem to be enough of a premium on the current...
