Using $500 million as the cost base for building an LSM plant in WA from scratch, SYQ would likely be able to modify the NAL plant for under $200 million.
I would think the permitting and environmental studies already awarded to the carbonate plant would apply to a proposed lithium sulfate plant at the same site.
