MinRes wants to pivot into a mid-stream process as well but in their case the intermediate material will be lithium sulphate.

It will be interesting to see which of the two mid-stream processes mentioned so far, becomes the most popular.

I am thinking that within a year, much more will be known about mid-stream processing.

This will be good for both SYA and PLL who will be able to make informed decisions on the back of research by other parties.
