And maybe this is part of KP's grander scheme in that he always knew the Sayona BOD was weak , and now it potentially faces total obliteration leaving it ( Sayona ) potentially in breach of Australian Company Corps Laws. And so then he comes to the rescue with implanting not just ONE of his directorships which is owed .......but proposes TWO......And then , if successful and in the present format of our BOD would effectively have control of our BOD as well.
