JRV has been outstanding, I thought I would share some of the key appointments made again. This is huge going forward. In any business you need experienced senior staff to get you to your goal but for JRV to do it in such a short time and to bring on such quality appointments has been super impressive.

27^th January 2021 – Jervois appoints ValdecirBotassini as SMP Refinery Project Director.

v Valdecir Botassini joins with the experience of a 35 year career at Votorantim Group where he had its nickel and zinc divisions; he also served as Chief Operating Office of Votorantims mines and smelters across Brazil and Peru.

27^th November 2020 – Jervois appoints Klaus Wollhaf as Group Manager – Commercial.

v Klaus Wollhaf has more than 30 years industry experience spanning operational, technical and commercial roles across multiple commodities, specifically nickle, cobalt, PGM’s and ferrochrome.

26^th November 2020 - $ Price Sensitive announcement – Jervois appoints James May as Chief Financial Officer.

v James May becomes CFO after almost 15 years in leadership roles with Rio Tinto.

26^th November 2020 – Jervois appoints experienced cobalt executive Wayde Yeoman as Group Manager – Commercial.

v Wayde Yeomad has more than 30 years’ experience in the cobalt industry, including production, purchasing and sales.

19^th of October 2020 – Jervois appoints Greg Young as EGM – Sales, based in United States.

v Former head of Glencore USA, Greg Young joins in US-based role. Mr Young has extensive knowledge of nickel and cobalt trading after more than 25 years at Glencore, where he built Glencore’s cobalt trading book to be the worlds largest.

In the last few months Jervois has added 135 years of relevant industry experience to the team. Full steam ahead.
