Otherwise, refined Ni from the SMP the only other avenue for Ni products into Japan.

Co into Japan makes sense, seeing as they are one of the three main battery players, along with China & SK. You would think that the Japanese & Koreans will take some cobalt, however, the Americans will want the lion's share domestically - both for industrial and military uses.
