spinning again. Who cares when they have ensured that whatever corporate gains will be offset by minimal investor return. Simple maths would indicate the effect of the heavy dilution. Even exploration success would need to be of a sizeable discovery to get this stock moving. IMO 2.8 cents is low but factor in the valuations of OEL and other jnuiors with poor credibility and SI manipulations of the SP and we can see why NDO is loitering at these levels.
