Reckon the Midwest power requirements will be far greater long term than what is being considered to supply. Havent looked at AVA but first thoughts would be ENB's planned GE modular gas fired plant seems a lot easier and cleaner than coal and also seems to me ENB (at 16 mill market cap now) is only one step away from nailing it. Dont know where AVA (at 25 mill cap) stands. Ultimately, doubt the majors would allow any smallfry to make inroads so anyone successfully setting up would probably be quickly "assimilated" by the Borg. Re ENB, if indeed our project is 100 mill "size", then u gotta consider upside from 16 mill market cap as these things have a habit of quickly moving to at least project capex valuation once finance is nailed ....... thats where I get my 500% shot in the dark from broadly speaking. Reckon all will soon be revealed (fingers crossed).
