    The thing that amused me (not being a HIG shareholder) is that the new MDs bonus kicks in at 40,000 oz production for FY08, whereas their hedging obligations are about 65,000 oz. Buying back / rolling hedges at USD400 when the spot prices is USD700 won't be cheap!
