Those of us who have have worked for everything we own, and have never received anything for free, - sometimes have trouble accepting that there are other people who expect their lives to be paid for by us.
Believe it or not, I do understand that if you have never worked to acquire anything, then you have no concept of debt, equity and balancing your expenses with your income. I do understand that, it is the only way in which any sense can be made of some posts.
EG. most greens just want everything, but have no plans to pay for it. Their only option is for us to pay for them. They simply have no concept of affordability.
But we know that anything that stifles enterprise and fair reward for that enterprise, has a high cost. To make matters worse, as living standards decline, it is not the so-called 'rich' that suffer. It is the people who think they have a free entitlement to everything that suffer the most.
Many posts here are whingeing about the fact that Medicare may no longer be free. But nobody has offered a way to pay for it. Once again because they have no concept of balance and affordability.
