If there is a downturn in Australian property i certainly wont be feeling any sympathy for the school drop-out tradie's like the cowboy that quoted me $34k on a paved driveway that should have been closer to $18k which is what i eventually paid.
How long have these tax dodgers been sucking on the teet of rising property prices.. too long.
Try getting away with that crap in a downturn, good luck, they'll be doing letterbox drops.
