    It seems that Mr market is concerned that the introduction of a freeze coupled with increasing Iran supplies to prresanction levels (the expected negotiations) will keep oversupply going.

    Personally I don't expect a cut until there is greater reduction in US supplies.

    So medium to longer-term.
