There is conjecture that the US aircraft carrier was withdrawn from the region because of fears it would be sunk.
The main fleet is not far away though , and would be the priority target for any hypersonics that find their way into Houthi hands .

The poms better hope the special forces guys are up to the task before sending their contribution over as they are seconded to be the front line units it would appear.

I wonder what the ground is like for tunnels , we have seen they are hard to overcome even with bunker busters being dropped like candy on the second most heavily civilian populated area in the world.

They are determined to escalate regardless of what the people want so head down and ring up over the foreseeable future.
