After a few false starts I get the feeling this time it'll actually happen and pretty quickly. A serious stick in the spokes of the USA/NATO/Israeli wheel but the point is to get the USA out, Turkiye will have to unite with Syria and Russia to do that otherwise what's the point of all the diplomacy. Turkiye seems to be carrying ever more water for the BRICS/SCO than for NATO, the Modi-Putin summit might have moved the center of gravity by a degree or two.
Turkish Foreign Minister: We agreed with our Saudi brothers to play a role in the process of normalizing relations with the Syrian government, and we also expect the same role from Iran and Russia.
