China could place sanctions upon Israel, which it is legally allowed to do given the multiple ICC, ICJ and UN rulings and Israel's multi-decade refusal to comply with UN votes. This would send a very large message, how could any Muslim country then trade with Israel? Imagine if Russia followed suit?
