We are sitting next to the biggest population on earth
and IMO we have to be circumspect when it comes
to our blanket support for US backed Muslim wars
whatever the reasons.

Lets face it, sooner or later the US will want to have
a bingle at Indonesia and guess who is going to be
Uncle Sam's proxy?

IMO Australian foreign policy should focus on our
immediate sphere of influence to engender harmony
peace and economic security; not on countries the
other side of the world who wouldn't lift a finger
should Aus be in strife militarily or economically .

IMO we are a US friend only so long as we support
US efforts to remain the Global Hedgemon.....otherwise
as GW Bush said...'if you are not with us, then you are agin us (US)
and for that reason our blind support for US foreign policy
including ths war and that of the Ukraine fatally compromises
our sovereign independence (or freedom as the US spruiks)
