I would not live in Sydney, even if you brought me a house on the harbour. The western suburbs are gone forever.
Until you have a judiciary that has the will to deal with what is going on it is only going to get worse, much much worse. IMO you should move all the magistrates and judges and get them living closer to the action. That may change their police and victim hating attitudes.
