We still have the German election jitters to come. On top of that, the 8 wise ,( or not so wise ) men of the german const. court rule late september or in early october in regards to the ECB bond buying.
Draghis " we do whatever it takes" might hit a roadblock.
In my opinion we are close to a shorterm rally but from august onwards , it's tin hats all the way to that deciscion.
As an regular armstrong reader, I am quite frightened.
