not exactly enamoured with slow drivers myself, but if we are going to get all technical about it, how does one overtake someone legally if they are already driving at the speed limit?
i think the slow middle lane drivers are actually obeying the law.
the only thing worse than getting stuck behind a slow driver is trying to overtake someone who insists on pushing you over the speed limit.
usually they are the same person though. 90 in the single lane, 100 as soon as an overtaking lane comes up. grrrr....
