Trying to get my head around that one Carpenterjoe.

Why would CDY negotiate a fixed dollar amount per test.
Their contribution of MK must be, as a marker, vital to the abilities of the PEB test that have been proven clinically.
If it wasn't vital it wouldn't be there

There is variation in the prices obtained in different countries therefore wouldn't it make more sense to get a percentage instead of a flat fee.
Also with inflation and price rises a percentage at least stays up with the game. Whereas a flat fee doesnt.
Unless of course there is an ability to renegotiate terms from time to time
All a bit of a mystery, just hope it produces heaps one way or the other.
