Still based on an assumption though but probably with a more solid base than my confused ramblings.

All the more data for the theory that CDY has been waiting for PEB to stump up the cash rather than any perceived erroneous management decisions on CDYs part.
Now that MK has been shown to enhance diagnostic tests and assist with outcomes I think there will be quite a few additional revenue streams heading to CDY from other sources before much longer.
