Hi Jako. From what I read, you can't just look at any particular candle on its own. You need to look at background
strength or weakness. At the moment we see a lot of weakness so I would be very cautious. So if you see price pull up on say a volume spike - even if you interpret that as smart money buying you also got to interpret it as increased supply and expect some back testing and consolidation. That may mean you miss the boat if price rockets away from you - but so be it. There are certain stocks that that you know are good value, even ridiculous value so you may want to jump into those but even then I would still assume some back testing. There are certain shares I'm intimate with on the FA side and would just jump on if I had the spare cash but new stuff I'd leave alone at the moment.
