    All depends on wether Sino want the remaining 2-3% available or are prepared to let it go, as if they ever get harbinger/MMX/Laws shares they could then aquire the remaining 3% compulsory.

    They are currently snapping up the dribs & drabs on market at there offer price. I wouldn't be surprised if once the offer is over they buy all shares on the market at any price. 3% at any price is not much of a premium.

    The price may dip but if you haven't sold by the 15th why would you sell on the 16th?

    Boondog whats your approach here are you trying to pick some up cheap after 15th or trying to decide to sell before the 15th? You are very interested in the shorting available.
