    Why can't Sino buy after offer? I believe they can buy on market unrestricted. They probably can't have an official offer for 6 months as you say.

    But i beleive they may be unrestricted.

    I am not so sure they will fall in price. Those who don't sell by the 15th want more than $6.38 & feel that harbinger/MMX/LAW will get that out of them some how.

    It will be determined by wether Sino keep buying on market after 15th.
