    Just want to confirm that Midwest Infrastructure Pty Ltd is wholly owned by Pdy not this new $6bil investor.

    Some of the posts on here make it sound like the opposite.

    Also, is it correct to say after this deal is completed, pdy will retain only 36% of Midwest
