No they don't. Just to clarify MIGGSTER are owned/operated by TIM and crowd 1, EM1 supplies the tournament platform software. MIGGSTER was around for 1-2 years before the Emerge deal. They just didn't have a working platform but as far as I can see it was announced at least on Jan 2019 if not earlier.
