There is hundreds of countries Miggster operates in and all of them have their own gambling/lotteries/competitions laws.
It is actually interesting a guy did a phd on this and some interesting research.

For South Africa they would be falling under the lotteries act I would assume so be interesting to see if they got a permit for this.
