- How many invites have been sent out?
- How many have signed up? (gives uptake proportion)
- What is the average delay between invite and sign-up? (helps to inform proper analysis of uptake proportion)
- How many have signed up for 1/6/12 month packages?
- How many have signed up with discounted or free memberships?
- Over what time frame are they going to complete the remaining invites?
- What are competition winners actually winning? (money or non-cash prizes?)
- What is the delay in getting winnings to a competition winner?
- How do competition winners receive their prizes?
