There are a zillion shares that are escrowed till December (as a result of the Eftel backdoor)
Word is that a large swag of these were bought @ 5.5 cents by non-management employees of Eftel on the basis that they would be worth at least 1 cent by December. Many of these are disallusioned with the share performance so far & I suspect, come December, that there could be a substantial flee to liquidity.

In the mean time those in control may think it wise to steadily firm the price up toward the expectations of their employee shareholders to avert the potential 'December dump'. If so, the question is simply how deep are their pockets between now & December.
